Interesting that they had a simulation with a "Hurricane Sandy" back in 1997.  What else aren't they telling us.

By the way I was told Pennsylvania banned Fracking?   Proud of you.  Now Michigan, now let's us get our act together.  

Stay safe in the Hurricane coming   on the east coast.  Get water, food, NOW because the stores will be out of it soon, if not already.  A thought,,,,,,,,you can use water from your hot water heater, especially if you have a water filter, which everyone should have .  A better one not some of those cheapy ones.  If that is all your can afford, like us, something is better than nothing.

Michigan now has ER booklet out for disasters, by the STATE

Michigan has now put out an emergency preparedness booklet from chemical and biological emergency to earthquakes and floods etc.  Wierd.  Tells you what you should have in your as we call a "bug out bag".  They way 3 days of food and water, people, we've been told a year's worth of anything you might need.  Strange.  http://www.michigan.gov/emd

TV has been having emergency preparedness commercials and billboards that haven't been
heard in years. What are they up to. Makes me want to gather my family around me
because in the end if all these disasters happen, families will be forever separated. No cell
phones, think about it.....
